Acustek Showcases SigDNA and Vector at Milipol Qatar 2026
[DOHA, QATAR, 21 October 2026] – Acustek is showcasing SigDNA, its RF intelligence platform for technical surveillance countermeasures (TSCM), together with the SigDNA Vector handoff near-field locator, at Milipol Qatar 2026, the Global Event for Homeland Security and Safety, held at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center from 20 to 22 October.
Exhibiting as a partner on the MSC stand (D029), the Acustek team has been running live demonstrations throughout the show. A highlight came when a delegation of senior government officials visited the stand for a hands-on demonstration, seeing first-hand how SigDNA moves beyond detection to identify, track and locate potential threats.
Threat Assessment, Not Just RF Detection
RF activity is constant and pervasive. A wideband sweep, Wi-Fi scan or Bluetooth scan will always return results, so detection was never the difficult part. The critical task is determining which signals constitute a genuine threat, classifying that threat and locating its physical source. In other words, finding the needle in a stack of needles.
For years, spectrum analysers have been judged by two numbers: how wide a band they cover and how fast they sweep it. But a wider band full of signals that can be seen but not decoded still leaves operators guessing. Most analysers stop at “something is transmitting.” SigDNA identifies which device it is, follows it as it moves across bands, and points the operator to exactly where it is.
Key capabilities include:
- Device fingerprinting across cellular, Wi-Fi and BLE, built to withstand MAC randomisation and BLE address rotation
- Cross-band re-identification, keeping the same device identified as it switches networks or protocols
- Built-in tracker detection for AirTag, Tile, SmartTag and similar devices
- Native AoA direction finding with dual-channel phase measurement, delivering a precise bearing rather than an RSSI estimate
- Environment-aware distance estimation using 11 propagation models tuned to the actual space
- One unified architecture fusing cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, IoT and broadcast into a single operational picture
Detected on SigDNA. Handed off to Vector.
Once SigDNA has identified a threat, SigDNA Vector takes the hunt into close quarters. Designed for TSCM sweeps where a ruggedised tablet is impractical, Vector provides rapid signal acquisition and direction-guided proximity hunting with one-tap engagement. It is configured instantly from the main SigDNA platform via QR transfer, so operators can move from detection to physical location without losing the target.
Built for an RF Environment That Never Stands Still
RF standards evolve, new emitters appear, and the techniques used to conceal transmissions keep advancing. SigDNA’s development continues long after a system leaves Acustek’s facility, with ongoing work on emerging standards such as 5G NR, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6.0, RF fingerprinting, and new methods for uncovering signals designed to stay hidden.
The level of interest at the stand, including from senior officials, reflects how important it has become to move beyond spectrum analysis to true RF intelligence.
Visitors can see SigDNA and Vector in action on the MSC stand D029, directly across from the MOI stand, until 22 October.
Stop guessing which signal matters. Book a live demo and see SigDNA find it, decode it and point you straight to it, or explore the full specifications on the SigDNA product page.
